MING Labs is looking for a new Account Director (based in Munich or Berlin) to join our lovely team in Germany.
As our new German-speaking Account Director, you’ll be responsible for working closely with our existing clients in discovering and shaping new opportunities and briefs, as well as acquiring new clients and staying in close contact with our partner network. You’ll be the key link between our clients and our project/program teams, working to become a trusted advisor to key clients and building up long-term relationships.
You’ll take responsibility for the management of key client relationships, including regular account discussions, shaping new briefs and opportunities, creating convincing proposals and building long-term relationships. You will also take responsibility for acquiring new clients, from first contact all the way to establishing a long-term relationship. Our goal is to have a truly transformative impact on our clients’ businesses, and you will be a key player in making that happen.
You’ll report straight to the General Manager of our German business, and you’ll be interacting with all parts of the business in line of your responsibilities.
